Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for Ignaria subscriptions and Member Edition purchases from Resurrection Publishing LLC.
Ignaria subscriptions
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@resurrectionpublishing.com. Cancellation stops future charges.
- Access after cancellation: You retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at signup.
- Free trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first billing period.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors or service failures. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
Member Editions (books)
- Physical books: Unopened, undamaged books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Digital access and registration codes: If a registration code has not been redeemed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a code is redeemed and digital access is activated, the digital portion is non-refundable except where required by law.
- Bundled Pro access: Temporary Ignaria Pro benefits included with a Member Edition follow the subscription rules above for any separately purchased renewal periods.
How to request a refund
Email support@resurrectionpublishing.com with your order email, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
